1. SEO Specialist
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Reporting To: Head of Online
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content and campaigns.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including technical SEO elements such as robots.txt, metadata, and site speed optimization.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console; prepare reports and analyze trends.
- Collaborate with content, web, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Manage and optimize the Casino Portal and other web platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the industry.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns and track SEO performance metrics.
- Copywriting and content optimization for SEO purposes.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with Google Analytics and website analytics.
- Knowledge of keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.
- Comfortable analyzing large volumes of data on a daily basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
- Proficient in MS Office and SEO tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Interest in sports preferred.
2. Digital Content Creator
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Reporting To: Head of Online
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and post engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) across social media platforms.
- Develop strategies to grow followers and engagement organically.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content to maintain relevance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand goals.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Essential Requirements:
- Passion for creating short-form videos and visual storytelling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Digital Content or similar role.
- Understanding of organic social media growth and trends.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and techniques.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
- High attention to detail and creativity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Experience in sports, betting, or related industries is a plus.
3. Journalist
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Reporting To: Head of Online
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Journalist to create high-quality written and video content, focusing on sports events and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit articles related to sports events and expert analysis.
- Cover live sporting events and produce timely, engaging content.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop compelling story ideas.
- Ensure all content aligns with company standards, style, and tone.
- Capture and produce high-quality video content (sports previews, post-match analyses, betting tips).
- Conduct and film interviews with experts, athletes, and relevant individuals.
- Edit and post-produce videos, ensuring they are polished and audience-focused.
- Collaborate with marketing to align video content with campaigns.
- Manage video content distribution on social media, YouTube, and other platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or related field.
- Strong video coverage, filming, and editing skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in journalism or sports content creation.
- Strong understanding and passion for sports.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of how sports and betting intersect is an advantage.
