POSITION: Training and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
* Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers
* Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals
* Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
* Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
* Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities

Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
* Proven experience in training and development or HR role
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Experience 1-3 years
