This position is for a Tanzanian and we can not accept any other applicants. Please only apply of you are Tanzanian.
Based at the Lodge in Serengeti National Park, you should be comfortable with remote living.
We can not accommodate families however you will have leave every 11 weeks to go home.
This job entails; Controlling stock rotation, procedures, menus, recipes and pricing to achieve set targets. Hold regular training, coach, and counsel team to ensure general beverage knowledge is elevated consistently. Be key in ensuring Wine Cellar stock levels, rotation, vintage control, and setup are optimized to safeguard quality, availability, and selection.
Must have previous luxury hotel management experience and a good knowledge of beverages and wines
