MEDICAL Doctors. (3 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver lectures in core medical subjects such as Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Community Health.
2. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
3. Conduct tutorials, seminars, and practical demonstrations.
4. Integrate evidence-based medicine into teaching.
5. Supervise students during clinical rotations in hospitals and health centers.

7. Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards in patient care.
8. Evaluate clinical competencies using approved assessment tools.
9. Prepare, invigilate, and mark examinations (written, practical, and oral).

11. Provide constructive academic feedback to students.

NURSES OFFICER (2 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver lectures in core nursing subjects including Medical-Surgical Nursing, Maternal and Child Health, Community Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Professional Ethics.
2. Prepare lesson plans, teaching notes, and learning materials aligned with the approved curriculum.
3. Conduct practical demonstrations in nursing skills laboratory.
4. Facilitate tutorials, seminars, and case presentations.
5. Promote evidence-based nursing practice.
6. Supervise and guide students during clinical placements in hospitals, health centers, and community settings

7. Support students in applying the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
8. Ensure safe patient care practices and adherence to infection prevention and control standards.
9. Assess and document student clinical performance.
10. Prepare and administer continuous assessments, practical exams, and final examinations.
11. Participate in Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCE).
12. Mark examinations and provide timely feedback to students.
