QR Travel is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Sales & Reservations Agent to join our growing team. If you have a passion for the travel industry, a knack for closing deals, and the technical expertise to navigate global distribution systems, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Sales & Reservations Agent, you will be the bridge between our clients and their dream destinations. Your primary duties will include:
• Booking & Ticketing: Handling domestic and international flight reservations, hotel bookings, and car rentals using GDS systems.
• Customer Consultation: Providing expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Actively converting inquiries into bookings and upselling travel packages to meet monthly sales targets.
• Quotations: Preparing accurate and competitive travel itineraries and costings in a timely manner.
• Problem Solving: Resolving any travel-related issues, such as schedule changes, cancellations, or last-minute re-bookings.
• Relationship Management: Maintaining strong professional relationships with airlines, vendors, and corporate clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Certifications: A valid IATA Certificate is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Must hold a professional certificate in either Galileo or Amadeus GDS.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a travel agency.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail (essential for ticketing and complex itineraries).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive “can-do” attitude toward sales.
