1. Account Manager
We are seeking a disciplined and analytical Account Manager to oversee key customer accounts, ensure consistent service delivery, and support operational execution. The role requires strong coordination skills, customer relationship management capability, and structured admin control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and fully understand Fleeti operational workflows, systems, and service processes
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Oversee customer onboarding, deployment coordination, and service follow-ups
  • Monitor account performance, renewals, upsell opportunities, and contract compliance
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and structured issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM updates
  • Coordinate internally with technical, sales, and support teams
  • Track KPIs related to retention, service quality, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounts, or related field
  • 4 years experience in account management, customer success, or Admin Strong organizational and administrative discipline
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret reports and KPIs
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (Compulsory)
  • Language fluency – English and Swahili

2. Sales Representative
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in accelerating our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth.

Your main mission will be the company growth by generating new business, managing the complete sales cycle, and ensuring high customer retention.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Field Prospection

  • Actively identify and approach new prospects through field visits, outbound calls, networking, and other direct methods
  • Conduct on-site and off-site client meetings
  • Qualify and convert leads into customers based on target segments

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline in the CRM
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial offers and quotations
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to move opportunities through the pipeline and close deals efficiently

Closing & Contracting

  • Negotiate and close new contracts aligned with margin expectations and MRR objectives
  • Achieve a minimum monthly new NET MRR each month

Customer Onboarding & Retention

  • Coordinate smooth handover to Customer Success or Operations teams
  • Monitor satisfaction of new customers to reduce early churn
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio|

Reporting & Accountability

  • Provide weekly updates on activity, pipeline status, wins/losses, and overall progress
  • Keep CRM and tools up-to-date with accurate information
  • Participate in team meetings and sales strategy discussions

Targets & Performance Indicators

  • Performance will be evaluated based on:
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly MRR targets
  • Number of new customers closed
  • Retention rate of newly onboarded customers
  • Activity level and field presence
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or field sales is a plus
  • Self-driven, persistent, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Corporate Eloquent and Persuasive Presenter
  • Language fluency – English and Swahili
