About the Role
MVINA SAFARI LIMITED is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead hotel operations, ensure service excellence, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff performance.
- Plan and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards.
- Manage cash collection, banking, and financial record keeping.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for hotel services.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, travel agencies, and partners.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Community Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and basic computer skills.
- Experience using digital platforms such as Email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- A valid motorcycle or driving license is an added advantage.
