The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania, through Tanzania Railways Corporation (TRC), has contracted China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) – CRCC Joint Venture (JV) for the construction of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) from TABORA to KIGOMA, connecting Tanzania to neighboring countries and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

CHINESE ENGLISH TRANSLATOR

– 1 POSITION

REQUIREMENTS

• Tanzanian citizen.
• Age between 18 and 45 years.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English languages (spoken and written).
• Relevant degree, diploma or certification in Translation, Linguistics, Chinese Language, English Language or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in translation or interpretation.
• Good communication, teamwork and computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
