Are you passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business growth?

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-driven individuals to join our growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and onboard new retail, wholesale, and DS customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive sales, repeat orders, and market growth within assigned territories.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide market feedback.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

REQUIREMENTS

• College education in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• FMCG, retail, wholesale, distribution, or field sales experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in the field.
• Good smartphone and mobile application skills.
• Fluency in Swahili and English.
• 3+ years of Sales experience in FMCG.
