Job Summary
Bit Tech Ltd Tanzania is seeking a reliable IT & Slots Technician to install, maintain, and repair slot machines and IT equipment. The role ensures smooth technical operations, minimal downtime, and support for all shops and offices.
Key Responsibilities
· Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot slot machines and IT equipment.
· Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems operate efficiently.
· Respond to technical issues, maintain records, and coordinate with service providers.
· Ensure compliance with company IT policies and safety standards

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT support, electronics, or slot machine maintenance.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of CCTV, routers, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to travel to locations when required.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High level of responsibility and integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
