Position: Debt Collectors (Men Only)
Job Description
We are looking for three (3) committed and results-oriented male Debt Collectors to join our team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers with overdue payments via phone calls and field visits.
- Follow up and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Recover outstanding debts in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
- Work closely with the finance and credit teams.

Qualifications
- Male applicants only.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Honest, disciplined, and result-driven.
- Fluent in Kiswahili (English is an added advantage).
