Job Summary:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client Roebray Enterprises and Supplies Limited (RES LIMITED) for a competent and experienced Workshop Supervisor (in mining sector) to oversees daily workshop operations, ensure productivity, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
 Supervise day-to-day workshop activities and staff performance.
 Plan, assign, and monitor mechanical and technical work schedules.
 Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and utilized.
 Enforce safety procedures and company policies at all times.
 Inspect completed work to ensure quality standard are met.
 Prepare reports on workshop performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.
 Coordinate with management on resource needs and operational improvements.

 Technical troubleshooting.
Read Also:

Qualification and Experience:
 Diploma in or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
 Minimum of 3 years’ experience on a workshop or mechanical environment, with supervisory responsibilities.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Good knowledge of maintenance procedures and workshop operations.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Good communication and problem-solving skills.
