Job Summary:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client Roebray Enterprises and Supplies Limited (RES LIMITED) a qualified and experiences Quantity Surveyor for our client which is the growing company providing construction, supply, and project support services across Tanzania. We seek for a competence and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support effective project planning, costing, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
 Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.
 Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
 Conducts site visits and measurements for valuation of work done.
 Prepare tender and contract documents.
 Evaluate contactor quotations and procurement costs.
 Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
 Provide financial and contractual advice to projects teams and management.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

 Highly experienced candidate in mining sector.
Read Also:

Qualification and Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
 Minimum of 3 years’ work experience.
 Strong knowledge of construction costing and contract administration.
 Proficiency in MS Office and quantity 2 surveying software.
 Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
 Registered with relevant professional body is an added advantage.
