About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience in API Support, Linux OS, and entry level development skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job description/requirements
1. Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Node Js, PHP, Javascript.
• API Support: Proficiency troubleshooting and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Database Management: Knowledge of SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) databases.
• Operating System: Knowledge and experience in working with Linux Operating systems

3. Experience

• Work Experience: Above 1 year of professional experience in software development/software support.
• Project Management: Ability to support multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
• Collaboration: Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to collaborative projects.

4. Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Duties and responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sales leads and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve growth targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategy.
• Generate new sales leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in the CRM database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support sales efforts.
