Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing and brand awareness initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing and branding strategy.
- Build and maintain partnerships with television stations, radio stations, newspapers, and other media houses for advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media platforms.
- Increase company brand awareness and customer acquisition through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Develop strategies to promote Meridianbet products, campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using marketing analytics and engagement metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, return on investment (ROI), customer reach, and engagement.
- Manage the company’s presence across social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate public relations activities and maintain positive relationships with media stakeholders.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Retail, Online, Product, Customer Support, and other departments to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Experience in the betting, gaming, telecommunications, FMCG, or media industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and media partnerships.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead the Retail Department, oversee the daily operations of Meridianbet shops, and drive operational excellence and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all retail operations across Meridianbet shops.
- Develop and implement retail operational strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor shop performance and sales targets.
- Ensure all retail shops operate in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise Regional Managers, Shop Managers, and retail support teams to ensure consistent operational standards.
- Conduct regular shop visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to increase shop revenue, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all retail locations.
- Coordinate the opening of new retail shops and oversee shop expansion projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Security, and other departments to support retail operations.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, stock management, equipment maintenance, and asset control.
- Analyze operational reports and prepare management reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop action plans to improve underperforming shops and regions.
- Manage staff performance, coaching, training, and succession planning within the retail department.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and implement preventive measures to minimize future risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail operations management, preferably in the betting, gaming, telecommunications, FMCG, banking, or retail industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple retail branches or a nationwide retail network.
