📍 Location: Dar es Salaam
My client is building a leadership team and is looking for three highly capable management professionals who will report directly to the CEO.

1. Accountant and Operations Manager
Finance, Administration and Company Operations
1. Manage income, expenses, financial records, and payroll
2. Prepare monthly budgets, financial statements, and cash-flow reports
3. Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
4. Ensure tax compliance, statutory filings, and proper documentation
5. Oversee daily operations, department deliverables, and weekly management meetings.
6. Coordinate with external accountants, lawyers, banks, and service providers

2. Commercial Manager
Business Development, Partnerships and Revenue Generation
1. Identify and approach corporate clients and sponsors.
2. Secure brand endorsement deals and advertising campaigns
3. Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms
4. Develop sponsorship proposals, rate cards, and commercial packages
5. Source paid performance opportunities such as corporate events and comedy shows
6. Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
