Safari Automotive Africa is seeking a qualified, experienced and highly accountable Female Accountant to join our growing automotive business.

📍 Duty Station: Dar es Salaam

🚘 Industry: Automotive | Restoration | Customization | Detailing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems
• Record and reconcile daily transactions and bank accounts
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments and financial reports
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Support budgeting, cash-flow management and financial planning
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Monitor branch income, expenses and financial performance
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization of company expenditure
• Support tax, statutory and regulatory compliance
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company financial information
• Work closely with management to provide accurate financial analysis and advice

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• CPA qualification or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
• Minimum 2–3 years’ relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Added advantage:
Experience in the automotive, dealership, workshop, retail or multi-branch business environment.

We are looking for an accountant who is accurate, disciplined, trustworthy, analytical and proactive, with the ability to maintain strong financial controls and provide management with reliable financial information.
